Lope On is not the carrier
We introduce you to haulers. The haulage contract is between you and them, we do not take payment for the trip, and we do not monitor whether anyone’s insurance is still current. Ask to see the certificate before your horse gets on the trailer, and read trust and safety first.

About transport
What does it cost to post a trip?
Nothing. Posting a trip and receiving quotes is free.
Do I pay the hauler through Lope On?
No. Payment is arranged directly with the hauler. Lope On does not process payments for transport.
How do I know a hauler is insured?
Ask them for the certificate and check it is current. A hauler badge on Lope On means somebody here looked at a document on a particular date — it is a starting point, not a guarantee.
Can I cancel a trip I posted?
Yes, from your transport page. Anyone who quoted is told, which is more than most people get.
Something went wrong with a haul.
Report it. It will not undo the trip, but it does mean somebody looks at that hauler.
