I did not get the confirmation email.
Check the spam folder first. If it is genuinely not there, you can ask for another one from the banner at the top of your dashboard. In this environment email may be switched off entirely, in which case nothing is actually sent — see the note at the bottom of this page.
I forgot my password.
Use forgot password. The link is good for one hour and can only be used once.
How do I delete my account?
From settings. Your listings come down and your profile goes. Ownership history entries for horses you used to own stay in those horses’ records — that is what makes the history worth anything to the next owner.
Somebody is bothering me.
Block them from the conversation — it is immediate and they are not told. If they have broken a rule, report them as well.

How do I add a horse?
Add a horse. It is a seven-step form and it saves as you go, so you can stop and come back.
Who can see my horse’s records?
Only what you mark public. Fields and documents are each set to public, shared or private, and private documents are never given a public link. How the ReinPass works.
I made a mistake in a record.
Edit it from the horse’s page. Changes are recorded with who made them and when, which protects you as much as anybody.
My horse died, or I sold it privately.
Archive the horse from its page and it leaves your active list without deleting the record. If you sold it, a proper ownership transfer is better — the buyer gets the history.

How do I contact a seller?
From the horse’s page. You need an account, which is deliberate — it means the seller is not fielding messages from nobody.
How do I list a horse for sale?
Add the horse first, then create a listing from it. See how selling works.
My listing is not showing up in search.
Check it is published rather than draft, and that it has a price and a location. Search only shows active listings.
How does the ownership transfer work?
You start it, the buyer accepts, and the horse moves across on the date you agreed. You stay in the ownership history permanently.

How do I get quotes for a haul?
Post the trip. Haulers who cover that route send you a price and you pick one.
I run a horse business. How do I get listed?
List your business. It is free, and it takes about five minutes.
How do I get a verified badge?
Verification is being rolled out during the beta. Until a person has genuinely checked the document a badge names, no badge appears. What the badges mean.
